Description: The Galería Amazônica en Manaus is an exhibition and commercialization space for a wide range of indigenous Amazonian products. The collections on display in the gallery include traditional and contemporary art from the region. In the Galeria Amazônica you can buy and order paintings, ceramics, baskets, mats, sculptures, books and other publications, videos, drawings, photographs, CDs and tshirts. All products have quality and origin controls.

The mission of this initiative, supported by indigenous associations and NGOs, is to improve the production and environmental diversity of the Amazon. The main associates of the Galeria are Arte Baniwa, the Federação das Organizações Indígenas do Rio Negro (FOIRN), Wariró, Kumuro Banco Tukano and the Instituto Socioambiental.
